Shop for a Cause at Macy’s

Macy's
Calling all charities and non-profit organizations! How often do you get to keep 100% of profits during a fundraiser? Not often? Well, during Macy’s, “Shop For A Cause” charity event, you can do exactly that!

Since 2006, Shop For A Cause has raised over $45 million for charities across the United States. Signing up is easy! Just go to www.shopforacause.macysinc.com and create an account. Next, decide how many passes you’d like to sell and then choose a Macy’s location to work with. Once you pick up your passes, it’s time to start selling!

People love to shop, right? Well, now they can shop while helping your charity or non-profit organization at the same time. First, they’ll donate $5 directly to your organization, and in return, they’ll receive a shopping pass that will save them 25% off regular, sale and clearance items, and 10% off electronics, furniture, mattresses and area rugs in the Macy’s location you’ve chosen. There is only one day to redeem the benefits of this shopping pass: Saturday, August 24, 2013.

And just for purchasing the pass, they’ll be eligible to win a $500 gift card!

To take part in this event, you need to be a school booster club, religious group or non-profit organization with 501(c) or 170(c)1 tax-exempt status.

Get started today! Go to www.shopforacause.macysinc.com and sign up!
